1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with product preferences.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
3. Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days from the return approval for the refund to be processed.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
